All-Con Contracting was selected by the State University Construction Fund to perform comprehensive ADA upgrades at the SUNY Old Westbury Campus Center, a complex project executed within an active campus environment. The scope included installation of new ramps, elevators, and accessibility improvements throughout the facility, requiring careful sequencing and coordination to maintain campus operations and public access. Close collaboration with the university and Construction Manager was essential to integrate upgrades within the existing structure while meeting current accessibility standards. This project highlights All-Con’s capability to execute technically challenging accessibility improvements on occupied campuses, reinforcing our experience across SUNY facilities and our commitment to inclusive, fully accessible learning environments.
