State University Construction Fund
The project is in progress
All-Con Contracting is proud to lead the comprehensive rehabilitation of Thompson Hall at SUNY Farmingdale, a high-complexity renovation that modernizes an existing historic building while preserving its character and integrity. This project is a full interior gut and rebuild across two floors and the basement, including structural enhancements and complete upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. All new interior construction and finishes are being delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance. Site utility work also includes trenching, excavation, and backfill for underground water and glycol CHW piping, as well as PVC electrical conduits from the outdoor transformer to the building. The building envelope is being improved with new windows and exterior restoration, along with targeted site improvements to enhance accessibility, drainage, and the building’s overall presence on campus. The project is designed to meet current codes and ADA requirements and is targeting LEED Silver certification through sustainable construction practices. As SUNY Farmingdale continues to grow, we are honored to support that progress by delivering a renewed Thompson Hall that will serve the campus for decades to come.
