Allcon Contracting completed the renovation of the main entryway at Nold Hall at SUNY Farmingdale as a fast-tracked summer project with a firm completion deadline prior to the start of the academic year. The work included demolition of existing roadway sections, installation of new underground storm drainage and associated utilities, repaving, and extensive landscaping with new plantings and turf. Careful coordination and accelerated scheduling were required to deliver the project within a compressed timeframe while maintaining campus access and safety. The result is a redesigned, functional, and visually enhanced entrance completed on schedule and ready for campus operations.
