Description

Allcon Contracting is undertaking a comprehensive renovation for the SUNY Farmingdale Replace Windows Lupton Hall Phase 2 project, focusing on window replacements, storefront installations, structural repairs, and masonry restoration. The project includes mobilization, supervision, management, submittals, and temporary facilities. Key tasks involve selective demolition, asbestos abatement, and lead remediation. Concrete work includes new HVAC equipment pads and walkway patches. Masonry work entails brick replacement and repair, installing metal flashings, cleaning masonry walls, and constructing masonry infill walls with bluestone sills. Structural steel framing will support new installations, while rough carpentry will address framing around new windows. Thermal and moisture protection measures ensure proper insulation and waterproofing. The project emphasizes new aluminum storefronts and window systems, structural skylights, door hardware, and glazing also interior finishes. Mechanical work encompasses HVAC upgrades, ductwork, dampers, louvers, and exhaust fans. Electrical work involves power provisions for HVAC and new overhead doors. Site work includes asphalt paving, sidewalks, and turf restoration. This renovation enhances functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal, modernizing the facility for SUNY Farmingdale.
