Allcon Contracting completed the Phase 2 renovation at Lupton Hall at SUNY Farmingdale, delivering a coordinated upgrade to the building envelope and interior spaces. The work included new window and storefront systems, masonry and structural restoration, selective interior improvements, and supporting mechanical and electrical upgrades, all executed within an active campus environment. The most complex element of the project was the installation of a new glass skylight, which required extensive engineering, precise sequencing, and close coordination across multiple disciplines. This project highlights Allcon’s ability to manage technically demanding renovations and reflects the strength, experience, and professionalism of our team in delivering high-quality results for a repeat institutional client.
