Allcon Contracting performed a targeted facade and structural repairs as part of the renovation of Laffin Hall at SUNY Farmingdale under the State University Construction Fund. The scope included full facade sounding, concrete repairs at columns and overhead conditions, crack repairs and injection, treatment of existing steel, and comprehensive cleaning of exterior surfaces. Executed in close coordination with SUNY Farmingdale and the Construction Manager, the work required careful evaluation, precision repairs, and strict adherence to quality standards. This project demonstrates All-Con’s expertise in structural restoration and facade maintenance, as well as our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality repair solutions for institutional clients.
