All-Con Contracting completed a comprehensive interior rehabilitation of Knapp Hall at SUNY Farmingdale, transforming the building into a modern, highly functional academic and office environment. The scope included full interior renovations across the first floor and basement, featuring new spaces defined by glass walls and complex storefront-style partitions, along with major electrical and HVAC upgrades. The work required intensive coordination among multiple trades and close collaboration with the design team, with frequent design-build adjustments to accommodate evolving layouts and highly complex MEP systems. Executed with meticulous attention to detail, this project demonstrates All-Con’s ability to manage technically demanding interior renovations and deliver refined, high-quality spaces for institutional clients.
