Allcon Contracting led the project as General Contractor for the completed exterior renovation at PS/IS 218 Rafael Hernandez Magnet School under the School Construction Authority. The scope of work included full roof replacement, exterior masonry and parapet repairs, flood elimination measures, and installation of full pipe scaffolding to support facade and roofing operations. Executed in close coordination with the Construction Manager, the project enhanced the building’s durability, weather protection, and long-term performance, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
