All-Con Contracting is currently performing a comprehensive exterior building and site upgrade at PS 401K–332K under an SCA-funded capital improvement program. The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems, along with extensive parapet repairs and reconstruction to improve long-term building performance and durability. The project also involves significant facade restoration, including selective masonry repairs and replacement to reinforce structural integrity, enhance weather resistance, and preserve the building envelope. New rooftop mechanical (RTU) units are being installed to improve ventilation and energy efficiency, and existing windows are being replaced to increase occupant comfort and overall building performance. Site improvements include paving upgrades to sidewalks, streets, and surrounding exterior areas to enhance safety, accessibility, and drainage throughout the campus. With the school remaining operational, the project is fully scaffolded and carefully phased. Our team prioritizes safe access, clean work zones, and proactive coordination to maintain a secure environment for students, staff, and the community while construction progresses.
