All-Con Contracting was engaged as the General Contractor for the construction of a new state-of-the-art Police Headquarters for the Village of Rockville Centre, replacing an outdated and undersized facility. The project included demolition and asbestos abatement, followed by a full interior and exterior build-out featuring new masonry construction, secure holding cells, sally ports, and integrated life-safety and security infrastructure. The work required extensive coordination with separately contracted MEP trades to ensure seamless integration of complex building systems. Interior finishes included a combination of carpet, LVT, and ceramic tile flooring, along with custom-fabricated millwork and casework produced and installed by All-Con. The scope also encompassed installation of new wood doors, windows, roll-up security gates, aluminum metal panel systems, exterior signage, and an ADA-compliant handicap lift to improve accessibility. This project reflects All-Con’s ability to deliver secure, durable, and highly functional public safety facilities while managing complex coordination challenges within municipal construction environments.
