Allcon was selected to construct a state-of-the-art police headquarters for the Village of Rockville Center. The new facility replaced the outdated and cramped old building. Allcon's work included demolition and asbestos abatement, as well as the construction of new CMU walls, stud-framed walls, and ACT ceilings. The team also built new secure holding cells and sally ports. Allcon's flooring experts installed a combination of carpet, LVT, and ceramic tiles throughout the facility. Custom millwork counters were also manufactured and installed by the Allcon team. New wood doors, windows, and roll-up gates were installed to improve the building's exterior and provide security. Exterior signage, aluminum metal panels, and a handicap lift were also added to provide needed public access.
