All-Con Contracting successfully delivered a complex infrastructure upgrade involving the enclosure and reconstruction of an existing open structure to support heavy salt truck operations. The project required highly controlled excavation and foundation work immediately adjacent to existing structures, followed by new concrete slabs, aprons, ramps, and trench drainage systems designed for heavy vehicular loads. New CMU exterior and interior walls were constructed to fully enclose the facility, along with installation of metal panels, soffits, and structural steel framing. A key feature of the project was the installation of specialty heavy-duty overhead doors with motors, coordinated precisely to accommodate operational requirements. The work demanded careful sequencing, site safety planning, and close coordination with multiple trades to integrate MEP systems while maintaining access and operations. This project demonstrates All-Con’s expertise in technically sensitive excavation, structural concrete construction, and durable industrial facilities built to perform under demanding conditions.
