Description

All-Con Contracting served as the General Contractor for the construction of a new DOT Operations Facility in Elwood, New York, delivered for the New York State Office of General Services (OGS). The project encompassed a large-scale, multi-building campus development, including restoration of an existing salt shed, construction of a new heavy timber salt storage structure, a vehicle service and storage facility, and a new operations office, all supported by over ten acres of site work. All-Con self-performed more than 60% of the work, including masonry, interior finishes, millwork, and metal panel installation, allowing for direct control of quality, schedule, and execution. Working in close collaboration with La Land & Baptiste as Construction Manager, the team successfully navigated field conditions and logistical challenges to deliver a complex, ground-up public infrastructure project on time and within budget. This project stands as a clear demonstration of All-Con’s capability to manage large-scale new construction for state agencies with efficiency, precision, and ease.
