All-Con Contracting successfully delivered two adjacent, concurrently constructed projects at Carle Place High School, delivering new ground-up additions that expanded the campus with modern, high-performance facilities. The work included construction of a new multi-purpose addition and a new garage structure, both requiring full structural, architectural, and systems integration. Extensive site coordination was essential as both projects progressed simultaneously, allowing All-Con to streamline logistics, sequencing, and trades across the shared campus footprint. A key feature of the garage project was the installation of a durable metal roofing system designed for long-term performance and low maintenance. Together, these projects demonstrate All-Con’s ability to manage complex new construction, coordinate multiple scopes efficiently, and deliver cohesive, high-quality additions within an active school environment.
