All-Con Contracting acted as the General Contractor for a full interior fit-out of a Bare Burger restaurant in New York City, a fast-tracked project where schedule, permitting, and coordination were critical to the client’s opening and revenue timeline. The work included installation of pedestrian protection along a busy street, structural modifications involving removal of an existing stair and construction of new wood joists and subfloor, and creation of required fire-rated assemblies between the restaurant and residential units above. Interior finishes featured decorative tin ceilings and reclaimed wood elements, while All-Con also delivered complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, filtration, and fire protection systems. The project required navigating complex NYC permits and inspections and was completed through close coordination with the owner, resulting in the successful delivery of one of two Bare Burger locations constructed by All-Con.
