All-Con Contracting was engaged as the General Contractor for the complete interior renovation of commercial office space at 866 Westchester Avenue, delivering a modern, functional workplace tailored to tenant needs. The scope included selective demolition, new architectural build-out, upgraded finishes and flooring, custom millwork, and comprehensive improvements to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Working in close coordination with the owner and design team, the project was executed with a focus on quality, schedule, and functionality, resulting in a refreshed office environment designed to support productivity, flexibility, and long-term use.
