Exterior work
Allcon Contracting completed a complex concrete restoration and structural repair project at 63 East 9th Street in Manhattan, executed within an occupied building environment. The scope included selective removal of deteriorated concrete at slabs and structural beams to expose existing conditions, followed by targeted full-depth beam repairs to restore structural integrity. The work also required careful coordination and rerouting of existing mechanical conduits impacted by the repairs. Extensive tenant protection measures were implemented in full compliance with NYC Department of Buildings requirements, including Tenant Protection Plan regulations and associated inspections. This project reflects Allcon’s expertise in high-complexity structural work, code compliance, and successful execution in active buildings with minimal disruption.
