All-Con Contracting served as the General Contractor for predominant interior renovations at the LIRR Hillside Support Facility for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The scope included full facade sounding with limited exterior masonry work, construction of new office and support spaces, interior partitions and finishes, rough and finish carpentry, and integration of sprinkler, fire alarm, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The work was performed within an active transit facility, requiring daily access clearances, strict security protocols, and close coordination with LIRR operations and the Construction Manager. Successfully delivered to agency standards, this project marked All-Con’s first engagement with the Long Island Railroad and demonstrated our ability to execute complex interior work in secure, highly regulated environments.
