Allcon Contracting was selected to conduct a complete interior renovation of an existing nursing home at 55 Pierrepont Street containing 189 apartments. The scope of work included demolition of existing finishes and structures, installation of new carpentry and millwork, and installation of new terrazzo and VCT flooring. In addition, all apartments and hallways were renovated and the lobby was completely updated. The team also provided new plumbing and HVAC systems, as well as electrical upgrades throughout the building. The project was successfully completed, providing the nursing home with modern and refreshed interiors.
