Exterior work

Allcon Contracting was selected as the General Contractor for the comprehensive exterior renovation of 255 West 108th Street under NYC Local Law 11. The project included extensive facade repairs, new parapet construction, masonry restoration, stone replacement, and associated roofing work, resulting in a significantly renewed and modernized building envelope. Executed in full compliance with DOB requirements, this project demonstrates All-Con’s expertise in large-scale exterior renovations, structural coordination, and delivering high-quality results on complex urban buildings.
