Interior work

All-Con Contracting completed a comprehensive Local Law 152 (LL152) gas piping compliance project at 20 East 9th Street, a large residential building requiring extensive coordination and phased execution. In accordance with NYC requirements, the work involved inspection-driven repairs and upgrades to exposed gas piping systems, including replacement of gas risers, gas piping, and associated plumbing infrastructure impacting approximately 350 apartments. The project also included various interior renovations, flooring and millwork restoration, door and hardware upgrades, and asbestos abatement where required to safely access piping and complete repairs. Executed in close coordination with building management and residents, this project demonstrates All-Con’s ability to manage complex LL152 compliance work efficiently, address hazardous conditions promptly, and deliver code-compliant solutions that enhance safety while minimizing disruption in occupied buildings.
