Exterior work

Allcon Contracting was awarded to perform the exterior renovation of 20 East 9th Street in compliance with NYC Local Law 11, one of the most complex facade projects undertaken by the firm. The scope included multiple roofing systems, extensive masonry repairs, installation of facade pins, and the replacement of approximately 18,000 linear feet of structural lintels. At peak production, the project was executed with over 20 suspended rigs operating simultaneously and a field force exceeding 60 skilled workers, requiring advanced coordination, logistics, and safety oversight. This project stands as a clear demonstration of All-Con’s capacity to manage large-scale, high-complexity exterior renovations in dense urban environments.
